Imagine......sipping your morning coffee or eating a cozy dinner on your own private balcony, watching and listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Sapphire Condo 707 is a privately owned, three bedroom, two bath luxury condo located on the 7th floor of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on South Padre Island. The condos are located directly on the beach and our ocean side balcony offers spectacular views.

Known as the Jewel of South Padre, Sapphire Condominiums and Spa is South Padre Island's newest luxury high-rise condominiums.  The Sapphire offers breathtaking Gulf and Bay views.  Features include:  gorgeous 300 foot long swimming pool; full service day spa; first class, state of the art fitness center; teen game room including computers, pool tables, video games, and foosball; private movie theatre; shared hot tub; private cabanas; 24-hour concierge; outdoor Cabana Bar; access to all hotel services at the Sheraton located next door - including heated swim up bar and  large pool area; and direct access to the beach.  Additionally, there is a business center located on the first floor for those individuals that need to check-in at work from time to time (although after opening the door to your private condo, thoughts of work may be just a distant memory)!


Professionally decorated, the condo provides a warm, relaxing and stress-free environment. A fully equipped kitchen will turn even the less experienced cook into a master chef!  In addition to the island bar, the kitchen offers a stainless, double door refrigerator with ice-maker; stainless dishwasher; garbage disposal; state-of-the-art flat top ceramic cooking surface with oven and microwave.  Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with numerous "gadgets and gizmos" including an electric wine opener!  All utensils, dinnerware, cookware, regular and specialty glassware are provided.  So many specialty items are available for your use in making anything from a bowl of cereal to the most elegant dinner imaginable!  We tried to think of everything!  A separate dining table with fold-down sides (to allow for more space) is also present in the kitchen area.

The very comfortable second bedroom has two queen size beds and will sleep 4 easily.  There is a large dresser and extremely large closet for all your clothes!  The room also includes a ceiling fan.  The 32 inch flat screen TV is conveniently situated to accommodate viewing from either bed.

The third bedroom offers a twin size bed with a regular twin size pull-out trundle.  The room also offers a large dresser, closet and ceiling fan.  The flat screen TV is a full 32 inches as well.

Both the second and third bedroom are located next to the second bathroom.  This large bathroom also features two sinks, luxurious towels, along with shower gel,  shampoo and conditioner. 

Living Room

The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, along with a 52 inch flat screen TV; board games; video library; and video games that go along with the ever-popular Nintendo Wii!  All TVs are also equipped with cable for your viewing pleasure.  There is also a Blu-Ray player where you can watch videos in either Blu-Ray or DVD format.

View from Living Room and  Kitchen

From the living room, the sliding doors open to the large balcony that overlooks both the pool and the Gulf of Mexico.  Patio furniture (table and chairs) are provided for your enjoyment from sitting and soaking up the sun to romantic evening dinners.


We also provide both WiFi and "wired" high speed internet service free of charge.  And as an additional bonus, we provide our guests, with beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and sand buckets/toys for the little ones.


A washer and dryer are located in the utility room which is also located inside the condo, along with iron and ironing board.  Blow dryers can also be found in each bathroom.


A secondary balcony across our front door is also available for use for Sapphire 707 guests!  It includes spectacular views of the Causeway/Bay Bridge and nightly sunsets.  An electric grill is also available for your grilling pleasure!

All of us live busy lives, and we tried to take great steps in providing our vacationers with everything they need to relax and rejuvenate from their busy and stressful everyday world.
